Shawn & Becky Sullivan
Before arriving at CrossBridge Community Church in San Antonio, Texas, the Sullivans were missionaries with Greater Europe Mission (GEM) for fifteen years. They first worked as church planters, and later, Shawn served as the Southeast Europe Area Director and helped foster church planting in Western Europe until 2003. In 2024, Shawn felt called to leave his position as Missions Pastor at CrossBridge and MOVE to become a missionary with e3 Partners, serving as a Strategy Coordinator in Uganda. As an itinerant missionary, along with Becky, they champion Disciple Making Movements and Church Planting Movements throughout the Western Region of Uganda. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Becky is an RN with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman's University. Becky and their three children, Joshua, Andrew, and Katie, are the joy of his life.

Multiply Impact
e3 Uganda Vision for 2026: Advance a disciple-making movement across Uganda through prayer, partnership, and multiplication.
Phase 1 — PRAYER - Cover Uganda in prayer for a breakthrough and multiplication We are building a 500-person team focused on an intercessory prayer movement covering 57 under-resourced districts and 23 Unengaged & Unreached People Groups. We are asking God for open hearts, open homes, and open doors for the gospel. Phase 2 - MOBILIZE - Send teams. Train leaders. Strengthen partnerships. In 2026, we will mobilize 70 Americans across 7 outreach expeditions, partnering with Ugandan leaders to train and equip disciple-makers in strategic districts using proven Disciple-Making Movement (DMM) tools. Phase 3 - LAUNCH - Multiply Ugandan-led gospel and training teams nationwide building on what God has already done: 800+ Ugandan training teams sent 28,000 believers trained to share their faith 108,000+ people heard the gospel 32,000 people placed their faith in Jesus since January 1 3,400 multiplying house churches planted across all 146 districts of Uganda We have already seen impact among unreached peoples such as the Pokot, Hima, Alur, Lugbara, Acholi, Konjo, and others—and we believe the movement is only accelerating.
