Shawn & Becky Sullivan
Before arriving at CrossBridge Community Church in San Antonio, Texas, the Sullivans were missionaries with Greater Europe Mission (GEM) for fifteen years. They first worked as church planters, and later, Shawn served as the Southeast Europe Area Director and helped foster church planting in Western Europe until 2003. In 2024, Shawn felt called to leave his position as Missions Pastor at CrossBridge and MOVE to become a missionary with e3 Partners, serving as a Strategy Coordinator in Uganda. As an itinerant missionary, along with Becky, they champion Disciple Making Movements and Church Planting Movements throughout the Western Region of Uganda. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Becky is an RN with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman's University. Becky and their three children, Joshua, Andrew, and Katie, are the joy of his life.

Phase 1 - PRAYER - Raise an Intercessory Prayer Team praying for 57 under-resourced DISTRICTS and 23 Ugandan Unengaged & Unreached PEOPLE GROUPS Phase 2 - MOBILIZE - 70 Americans on 7 Outreach Expeditions to 7 Ugandan districts, training 875 Ugandans in DMM* Phase 3 - LAUNCH - 450 Ugandan Training/ Gospel Teams to unreached districts and people groups with a goal of: ◦ Training 20,000 Ugandans in DMM* ◦ Evangelizing 80,000 Ugandans ◦ Planting 3,000 Multiplying House Churches ________________________________________________________ TOTAL 2025 PROJECT GOAL - $150,000 • $50,000 - Training Costs (150 locations trained 3x in 12 months) • $20,000 - Travel • $30,000 - Materials / Bibles • $50,000 - Program Support *DMM = Disciple Making Movement Principles and Practices
