I'm John Williams, and I've been married to the love of my life, Janelle, for 45 years. We have served on staff with San Antonio Youth for Christ, Community Bible Church, Northeast Bible Church, and E3 Partners.
John is a summa cum laude graduate of Oral Roberts University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. John has served as a church planter with E3 Partners, leading church planting teams in 18 countries over the past 26 years, and currently is the E3 Partners Strategy Coordinator for Uganda and South Sudan.

In 2023, my wife and I made a "MOVE". I transitioned from being the Missions Pastor at CrossBridge Community Church to working with e3 Partners as a Strategy Coordinator in Uganda. There, I champion Disciple-Making and Church-Planting Movements across the Western Region.
Prior to this, Becky and I and our family served for fifteen years as church-planting missionaries with Greater Europe Mission (GEM). Later, I became the Southeastern Europe Area Director and joined the Catalyst Team, fostering church-planting efforts in Western Europe.
Shawn holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. Becky, an RN, earned her B.S. from Texas Woman's University. Together, they have three children: Joshua, Andrew, and Katie, who are the joy of their lives.

Support The Jones
I’m Michael Jones, and I live in San Antonio, Texas with my beautiful wife of 30 years. Over the past three decades, I’ve served in various church roles—from children’s and youth ministries to preaching and marriage counseling. I’ve also been involved in many local and international outreaches.
In September 2022, I had the life-changing opportunity to visit Uganda with e3 Partners Ministry. Although I had heard about the great command to love others and the great commission to make disciples, it wasn’t until I experienced it firsthand that I truly grasped their meaning and importance.
Since then, I’ve returned to Uganda multiple times and am now on full-time staff with e3 Partners, helping to equip people to evangelize and establish home churches. This work is made possible by the support of people like you. I invite you to partner with me through prayer, financial support, or by participating in a mission trip to Uganda.
