HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A UGANDA EXPEDITION?

1. Go through the TAB - Expedition Overview and read through the FAQ so you clearly understand the important details and timelines of the Expeditions.

2. Review this page to see how to register you and your team successfully.

3. When you are ready, CLICK on the Button below, and it will take you to the e3 Expedition Registration site, where you'll sign up following the steps outlined on this page.

Steps 1 & 2 - Registration

Here are the screenshots showing you EXACTLY how to register. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS carefully.

  • Click on the Registration link and fill out the Registration Page
  • Participants:  Include your name and BEST email for communication about your expedition. PLEASE DO NOT click the box to make your registration private!

Step 3 - Payment 

  • Select the 1st one:  Make a Deposit of $100
  • DO NOT check the box – Keep my fundraiser private

Step 4 - Debit / Credit Card Processing

You will not be charged anything but the $100. This is in case you want to contribute to your Expedition in the future.

Step 5 - Payment Summary

  • The Payment Summary should say the amount due today is “$100.”
  • Click on the box below that says, “I AGREE TO THE TERMS…”
  • CLICK ON the BUTTON: “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”

Step 6 - Complete Registration

  • You should see something like this after you click COMPLETE REGISTRATION. 
  • Don’t Move from the page, but wait.

Step 7 - You are REGISTERED!

  • Once completed, you should see this confirmation screen.
  • In some cases, clicking on "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" will finish the process and take you out of the site.
  • You may need to check your email for a confirmation message to log back in, as this is for your protection.
  • Check your SPAM or TRASH email folder now. The email will resemble the image in Step 8.

Step 8 - Click Confirm Account

  • Click the button at the bottom of this email that says "Confirm Account," and you can now manage your registration.
  • Now just go and log in again, and you’re all set.
